Every appointment starts with a conversation. We take time to understand:

2. Gentle Handling & Minimal Restraint
We use:
- Slow movements and quiet voices
- Frequent breaks and reassurance
- Supportive positioning for seniors and weak joints
- Minimal, humane restraint only when absolutely necessary for safety
If your pet shows signs of distress, we pause—or stop entirely.
3. Low-Stress Drying Options
Drying is one of the most stressful parts of grooming, so we offer alternatives:
- Towel drying whenever possible
- Low-noise, low-airflow dryers
- No forced drying for pets who panic or struggle to breathe
- Hand-drying breaks for brachycephalic pets (flat-faced breeds)
If your pet shows signs of distress, we pause—or stop entirely.
4. No Prolonged Crate Time
Your pet is never left waiting for long periods.
- Appointments are staggered
- One-on-one attention whenever possible
- Express appointments available for pets who cannot tolerate waiting
